Custom design services

You pay the deposit stated for your plan to start; the balance is due when you approve the final design.
If you dislike the first round of concepts and tell us within 3 days of receiving it, we refund 100% of the deposit. Once you choose a concept to refine, the deposit is non-refundable.
Revisions are as described in your plan. A complete change of direction after approval is treated as new work.
After full payment, copyright in the final design transfers to you. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
You are responsible for having rights to images, text and legal information you supply.

Download links work for 7 days and up to 20 downloads. Lost your link? Email your order code and we will reissue it.
You may use templates for your own brand and your clients' projects, unlimited times.
You may not resell or redistribute the templates as templates or source files.
As instant digital goods, templates are not refundable once downloaded, unless a file is faulty and we cannot fix it.

PayPal or Vietnamese bank transfer (VietQR). We never collect or store card details.
